IA-N Analyse online subscription terms

1. Seller and scope

The seller is ELECTRONISAFE (SAS ELECTRONISAFE, capital 2 500 €, 3706 rue du Grand-Mont, 73540 La Bâthie, France, RCS Chambéry 924 849 540, TVA FR14924849540). These terms supplement the IA-N Analyse plugin terms of use (version 1.0) for licences bought online on portail.electronisafe.cloud. They apply between businesses: the customer acts on behalf of a business.

2. Order

For one Nx server, the customer chooses the number of analysed cameras and, among them, those in Precision, with Advanced rules and with plate reading. One licence key covers one server. The order is binding upon payment.

3. Prices and VAT

Prices are shown excluding taxes, per camera and per year, at the time of the order. French VAT applies to customers established in France or Monaco. Customers established in another European Union Member State with a valid VAT number (VIES check) are invoiced without French VAT, under the reverse charge. Customers established outside the European Union are invoiced without French VAT.

4. Payment and invoices

Payment is made, at the customer’s choice when ordering, by card (payment provider Stripe) or with PayPal. An invoice is issued and sent by e-mail for each payment; it remains available in the customer area.

5. Term and renewal

The subscription is yearly. It renews automatically on each anniversary of the first payment, by charging the saved card or the customer’s PayPal account, at the subscription price. A reminder e-mail is sent 30 days before each renewal date. The price of a running subscription does not change without notice at least 30 days before the renewal date; the customer can then stop the renewal.

6. Licence

The licence is governed by the plugin terms of use: it is valid for one year from the first activation in the VMS, and each paid renewal extends it by one year. Converting a trial key keeps the same key and the same server; if the trial key was already activated, the year runs from the payment.

7. Changes during the year

Adding cameras or options is invoiced pro rata for the remaining subscription period and paid immediately (card charge, or one-off PayPal payment); the key is reconfigured upon payment. A reduction takes effect at the next renewal, with no refund for the current period.

8. Stopping the renewal

The customer can stop the renewal at any time from the customer area. The subscription ends on the anniversary date, with no further charge; the current period is not refunded. The licence runs until its end date. For a PayPal subscription, stopping is final: to resume it, the customer contacts support.

9. Declined payment

If a payment is declined, new attempts are made and the customer is notified by e-mail. Without payment, the subscription ends and the licence is not extended: it stops at its end date, under section 4 of the plugin terms of use.

10. Customer area

The customer area opens with a sign-in link sent by e-mail. It gives access to the keys, invoices, downloads and subscription management; the card is updated on a Stripe page; the PayPal payment method is managed from the customer’s PayPal account.

11. Personal data

ElectroniSafe processes order and billing data (company, address, VAT or registration number, business e-mail address) to perform the contract and meet its accounting obligations; invoices are kept for 10 years. Stripe or PayPal process payment data as payment providers. No image or camera data is transmitted. Details are in ElectroniSafe’s privacy policy.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by French law. Disputes are handled under section 12 of the plugin terms of use.
