What’s new in version 1.4.0
- Alarm monitoring INCLUDED in every license (no option to buy): IA-N alarms are sent to your alarm monitoring centre (SIA DC-09: SIA-DCS or Contact ID; TCP or UDP; AES encryption; backup centre).
- Transmission schedule to the second, per server, per camera and per rule; outside the schedule, the alarm stays in Nx marked “outside monitoring schedule”. Periodic test, link supervision and faults (video loss, analysis stopped, license) are always sent.
- Nothing is lost: queue on disk if the centre does not answer or if Nx restarts; “Send a test to the centre” and “Current state” buttons. No image and no plate is sent to the centre.
- GDPR file in one click (“Prepare the GDPR file”): record, DPIA, information notices and signage, prepared by the ElectroniSafe portal from the configuration, with no personal data at all, and sent by e-mail to the license holder.
- Separate updates: “Security automatic, new features on request” by default (a security fix installs by itself, a new features version when you click “Install now”); also “Everything automatic”, “Notify me only” or “Disabled”. Each version receives security fixes for at least 5 years. Versions signed by ElectroniSafe; automatic return if a version does not start.
- Update: servers on 1.3.0 receive it through their automatic updates; from 1.2.0 or older, with the kit. License, places, language and settings are kept.
- Linux: decimal settings (confidence threshold, durations) are now taken into account on servers configured in French, German, Spanish or Italian (defect present since the first Linux version).
- 5 languages: French, English, German, Spanish and Italian.
- Systems: Windows (x64) and Linux Ubuntu 22.04 (x64). Tested with Nx Witness 6.1.2.42921 and DW Spectrum 6.1.2.43047 (Windows and Linux).
Requirements
Nx server 6.1 on Windows (Server 2022 tested) or Linux x64, administrator rights, one Nx recording licence per analysed camera, outgoing HTTPS (port 443) to the licence portal. Graphics card optional. A free measurement kit shows the capacity of your server before you buy.
